RETURN POLICY

All GSI Outdoors products purchased in North America are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. To process a return for a product, please fill out a RMA form after ensuring that you are eligible per the requirements outlined below:

We will accept returns for orders returned within 30 days of the original purchase date that were purchased directly from GSIOutdoors.com

All returned items must be in new condition.

Normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to, scuffs, dust, dirt, abrasion, etc., is not a valid reason for a warranty return. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge.

Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization via e-mail which will include your RMA# as well as instructions for the return. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. GSI Outdoors cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Please allow 3-4 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
